Highway Tyres commenced in 1955 and is a totally independent tyre dealer and the largest truly independent dealer in Victoria. We import containers of tyres direct and supply product through our wholesale divisions to tyre dealers in Australia which includes some of the Bob Jane, Bridgestone, Tyrepower, Goodyear and Independent stores. Being 100% independent with more than 100,000 tyres in stock means we are unbiased towards brands and therefore able to recommend the most suitable and cost effective tyre for your needs.

As well as importing we operate the only passenger, 4X4, SUV and light truck remoulding plant in Victoria producing the Highway Max brand.

We have five (5) retail stores in Doveton, Geelong, Mitcham, Mordialloc and Richmond, therefore if you require a fair and competitive price please come and visit us.

Besides our retreading interests we have developed into one of the major new tyre importers and distributors in Victoria, importing Kenda, BCT/Autoguard and Aeolus Tyres. While we have more than quadrupled our turnover since 1989, we have only just set the foundations of what promises to be an exciting expansion program into the 21st century. Our Company philosophy is to produce only the best and avoid mediocrity. This philosophy confirms our commitment to quality and we have recently invested over two million dollars in new equipment to produce state of the art remould tyres which represent the finest quality product available in Australia.
