If any tyre sold by Highway Tyres P/L has usable tread remaining and is less than 4 years old from the date of purchase or manufacture, whichever is the sooner, develops any fault which is due to defect in manufacture, processing or material & which in Highway’s opinion precludes reasonable usage being obtained by the customer then provided the tyre is returned to Highway within 14 days, Highway will replace the tyre on a pro-rata basis.
